  2. @C1@c@b@_ Write Image To Disk
  3.  
  4.      BIT can write the current image to disk in many popular formats after
  5.      proper conversion, e.g., quantization, etc. The conversion is typically
  6.      automatic and transparent. If there is any parameter to be set, the
  7.      write module will prompt for it.
  8.  
  9. @b Options
  10.      The available formats are shown on the right-hand side of the
  11.      browser. Choose desired format by clicking the mouse on it. If the
  12.      option box shows strings other than "NONE", that means there are
  13.      options to the resulting file, e.g., the Q-value for JPEG etc.
  14.      The text show in option box are meant to be self-explanatory and
  15.      more verbose info can be obtained by clicking the mouse on the box.
  16.      This can also be used to modify default settings.

  18. @b Filenames
  19.      Directory and filename can be chosen either by selecting from the
  20.      browser or enter a complete new filename by typing into the box
  21.      labeled filename.

  24.      Once all options are set, click the mouse on the button labeled OK,
  25.      the writing will start.

  27. @b Note
  28.      The WriteMenu will disappear if write is successful. If there is any
  29.      thing wrong with the writing, there probably will be a report on the
  30.      cause and the WriteMenu will remain active.
